Im direkten Auftrag unserer Mandantin, einem renommierten Industrie- und Handelsunternehmen mit Sitz in Winterthur (nahe Bahnhofslage, Parkplätze vorhanden und Teile Homeoffice möglich), suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n versierte/n

HR Business Partner / HR Generalist/in (80-100%) #

In dieser vielseitigen, neu geschaffenen Funktion übernehmen Sie die HR-Bereichsbetreuung (HRBP) Ihrer Business Units an diversen Standorten unserer Mandantin in der Deutschschweiz (ca. 150 Mitarbeitende). Sie sind in vielseitigen HR Themenfeldern tätig (Beratung, Betreuung, Personalplanung, Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung, HR Controlling etc.) und sind die kompetente Ansprechperson für Ihre Linienmanager im gesamten HR-Lifecycle. Auch sind Sie in den Bereichen HR Projekte sowie Change-Management aktiv, und übernehmen Koordinationsaufgaben betreffend Case Management. In Ihrer Tätigkeit werden Sie von sympathischen HR Service- und Payroll-Sachbearbeiterinnen unterstützt und berichten direkt an die Leitung Personal, deren Stv. Sie ebenfalls übernehmen dürfen. Unsere Mandantin bietet Ihnen eine spannende Tätigkeit, mit der Möglichkeit, die HR Prozesse des Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten. Zudem dürfen Sie sich auf ein unkompliziertes Team, ein vielseitiges Arbeitsumfeld sowie attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen freuen.

Um diese spannende Herausforderung optimal zu meistern, bringen Sie die Weiterbildung zum/r Personalfachmann/-frau oder ein Studium mit Vertiefung HR mit. Sie können bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen HR Funktion (z.B. HR Manager, HRBP) vorweisen, welche Sie auch in KMU, idealerweise in ähnlichen Branchen (z.B. Logistik-/Industrie- oder Handelsumfeld), sammeln durften. Als vielseitige/r HR Generalist/in bringen Sie Praxis in allen Facetten des HR Lifecycles mit (u.a. Recruiting, Betreuung, Projektarbeit). Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und können sich auch in Englisch gut verständigen. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Französisch) sind von Vorteil. Im Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen sind Sie versiert und verfügen auch über gute HRIS Kenntnisse (idealerweise Abacus). Wenn Sie zudem ein sympathischer, pro aktiver Teamplayer sind, der/die auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt sowie eine gute Portion Humor behält, dann sollten Sie sich baldmöglichst bei uns bewerben. Diese Position ist auch sehr gut für jüngere HR Spezialisten mit einigen Jahren relevanter Berufspraxis geeignet, welche sich in dieser Funktion als HRBP weiterentwickeln möchten.
