HR\-Business Partner/\-in Ihre Hauptaufgaben Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle (vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt) in den zugewiesenen Bereichen Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen HR\-relevanten Fragestellungen Eigenständige Durchführung des Rekrutierungsprozesses \- von der Stellenanalyse bis zum Vertragsabschluss Sicherstellung einer professionellen HR\-Betreuung in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung, Mitarbeitergespräche, Veränderungsprozesse sowie arbeitsrechtliche Themen Förderung der nachhaltigen Mitarbeiterentwicklung und einer hohen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit sowie Gewährleistung einer wirkungsvollen HR\-Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche inkl. HR\-Administration Zuständig für die operative Umsetzung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung digitaler HR\-Lösungen Verantwortlich für die Organisation und Betreuung der Lernenden sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ausbildungsbetriebs zusammen mit den Ausbildungsverantwortlichen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung mit Vertiefung im HR Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rekrutierung, Berufsbildung, Betreuung, Prozessoptimierung und HR\-Tools Kommunikations\- und Beratungskompetente, kreative, vertrauenswürdige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit digitalem Flair und hoher Sozialkompetenz Lösungsorientierte, selbständige und leistungsstarke Arbeitsweise mit vernetztem Denken Interessiert?
