DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Themen entlang des Employee Lifecycles, von der Rekrutierung bis zum Austritt
  • Selbstständige Führung von Disziplinargesprächen und Gesundheitsgesprächen sowie Beratung der Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Enge standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den nationalen und internationalen Stadler Signalling Standorten in allen HR-relevanten Themen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung operativer HR-Prozesse
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung strategischer HR-Initiativen

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Human Resources Management (z.B. HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion als HR Business Partner oder HR Generalist in einem industriellen bzw. technischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Proaktive, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Hierarchie- und Fachstufen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
