CABB stellt ausserdem hochspezialisierte Inhaltsstoffe für Kunden aus der Life-Science und Performance-Materials-Branche her. Für unsere HR-Abteilung in Pratteln/CH suchen wir eine\*n:

 

 

HR Business Partner\*in, 90% (unbefristet)

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle
  • Selbstständige Rekrutierung von Fachspezialisten und Führungskräften - von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei Krankheit und Unfall in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der internen BGM-Fachstelle sowie weiteren internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei anspruchsvollen Personalsituationen, Konflikten und disziplinarischen Massnahmen
  • Begleitung von Ein-, Austritts- und Veränderungsprozessen innerhalb des zugewiesenen Betreuungsbereichs
  • Sicherstellung und Koordination der administrativen und organisatorischen HR-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen internen Stellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und -Instrumenten
  • Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten sowie Unterstützung der HR-Leitung

 

 

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur HR-Fachfrau / zum HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources
  • 5-jährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Sicherheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
