HR Business Partner/in (m/w/d) ==============================

  • Du berätst und begleitest Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitende des Finanzdepartementes in allen Themen entlang des HR\-Lifecycles
  • Du gestaltest und begleitest Rekrutierungsprozesse sowie die Ein\- und Austrittsphasen von Mitarbeitenden
  • Du unterstützt Führungspersonen bei der Entwicklung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Du planst und führst Workshops, Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen zu HR\-relevanten Themen durch
  • Du stellst die korrekte Anwendung des Personalrechts sowie die einheitliche Umsetzung der HR\-Instrumente und HR\-Prozesse im Finanzdepartement sicher
  • Du begleitest Organisations\- und Veränderungsprozesse und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
  • Du wirkst aktiv in HR\-Projekten und in der Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Prozessen und HR\-Instrumenten mit
  • Du verfügst über eine höhere Ausbildung im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder Sozialwissenschaften sowie idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich, beispielsweise den eidg. Fachausweis HR
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren HR\-Funktion mit
  • Du berätst Führungspersonen kompetent und begegnest unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen auf Augenhöhe
  • Du kommunizierst klar, stilsicher sowie adressatengerecht und verfügst über ein gutes Gespür für Konfliktlösungen
  • Du denkst strategisch und vernetzt, handelst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, Engagement sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und gestaltest Veränderungen aktiv mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Organisationsfähigkeit aus
