Deine Aufgaben: Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Embrach und Tessin Sicherstellung eines professionellen und einheitlichen HR-Betriebs an den betreuten Standorten Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Life Cycle von Recruiting und Onboarding über Personalentwicklung und Performance Management bis zum Offboarding Beratung der Führungskräfte bei arbeitsrechtlichen und personalrelevanten Fragestellungen Selbstständige Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften Mitarbeit und teilweise Leitung von HR-Projekten, z. B. Digitalisierung, Organisationsentwicklung, Gesundheitsmanagement und Employer Branding Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen sowie Organisations- und Personalentwicklung Regelmässige Präsenz an den Standorten Embrach und Tessin

Das bringst Du mit: Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich, z. B. HR-Fachausweis, CAS HRM oder Studium mit HR-Schwerpunkt Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner/in oder in einer vergleichbaren generalistischen HR-Funktion Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts und des Sozialversicherungssystems Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften sowie in HR-Projekten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich Kommunikationsstarke, vertrauenswürdige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Reisebereitschaft für regelmässige Einsätze im Tessin
