HR Business Partner - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

À ce titre, nous souhaitons accueillir un(e) HR Business Partner pour accompagner les collaborateurs et les managers des différentes populations qui lui sont attribuées, notamment au siège général, et dans les activités liées à la production, supply chain, administration et bureau technique.

Vos responsabilités

  • Être le partenaire RH de proximité des populations qui vous sont attribuées et conseiller les managers sur l-ensemble des sujets RH.
  • Piloter les recrutements pour votre périmètre, de la définition du besoin à l-intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre des processus et politiques RH auprès de votre périmètre.
  • Accompagner les managers et collaborateurs dans les différentes étapes du cycle de vie professionnel.
  • Participer au développement des talents, à la gestion de la performance et à l-engagement des collaborateurs.
  • Accompagner les évolutions organisationnelles et les projets RH.
  • Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre du cadre RH commun au niveau du Groupe.
  • Veiller à l-application cohérente des pratiques RH et du cadre légal suisse.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction HRBP ou généraliste RH, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou international minimum 5 ans.
  • Expérience en recrutement de bout en bout et en gestion d-un portefeuille de recrutements.
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques RH et du droit du travail suisse.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles, sens du conseil et orientation business.
  • Autonomie, pragmatisme et esprit collaboratif.
  • Français courant, anglais professionnel souhaite ; allemand, italien ou espagnol un atout.
