Durch einen strukturierten Rekrutierungsprozess präsentieren wir die am besten geeigneten Kandidaten/Kandidatinnen für Positionen auf allen Ebenen. Zur Verstärkung des HR\-Teams unseres Kunden \- ist eine international tätige Unternehmung im Facility Bereich \- suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n und erfahrene/n HR Business Partner w/m 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR\-Strategien und \-Prozessen
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten
  • Rekrutierung und Auswahl von Talenten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Förderung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung und \-bindung
  • Begleitung der Langzeitabwesenden bei Krankheit und Unfall
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei laufenden und anstehenden HR\-Projekten wie auch bei Veränderungsprozessen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von HR\-Kennzahlen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Human Resources mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fliessende Deutsch als Muttersprache, gute Italienisch\-Kenntnisse und ösisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR\-Software und MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die auf Augenhöhe mit Führungspersonen agieren kann
