HR Businesspartner \& Projektmanager (80–100%) ================================================

Dein Wirken bei uns -------------------

  • Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des Leiters HR bei strategischen, konzeptionellen und operativen Themen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von HR\-Projekten mit den Schwerpunkten Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung, Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen HR\-Tagesgeschäft sowie Übernahme von Aufgaben bei Arbeitsspitzen und Abwesenheiten
  • Unterstützung der HR Business Partner bei anspruchsvollen personellen, arbeitsrechtlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften in personal\- und organisationsrelevanten Themen
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Fundierte Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR\-Umfeld, idealerweise in einer generalistischen Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der operativen HR\-Arbeit, des schweizerischen Arbeitsrechts und der Beratung von Führungskräften
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Digitalisierungs\-, Organisationsentwicklungs\- oder Veränderungsprojekten
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, strategische Fragestellungen in praxistaugliche Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Konzeptions\-, Projektmanagement\- und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
