Einleitung

Im direkten Auftrag unserer Mandantin, einem führenden internationalen Unternehmen aus der Technischen Industrie mit Sitz in Zürich Ost (zentrale Bahnhofslage, Parkplätze vor dem Hause, zudem 1\-2 Tage Homeoffice möglich), suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

der Arbeit

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie vielseitige Tätigkeiten in der Personaladministration von A\-Z und unterstützen die HR Manager bei der Betreuung Ihrer business units. Sie unterstützen das Recruiting (optional mit Betreuung eines eigenen kleinen Bereiches sowie selbständiger Gesprächsführung), bearbeiten Personalstammdaten und wirken im Bereich Compensation \& Benefits mit. Zudem organisieren Sie Personalanlässe und betreuen das interne Zeiterfassungssystem sowie die Intranetseite des HR Departementes. Die Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner HR Prozesse sowie die Mitwirkung in diversen HR Projekten (oder deren Leitung) machen diese Funktion spannend und abwechslungsreich. Anforderungsprofil

Um diese interessante Herausforderung optimal zu meistern, bringen Sie eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie HR Weiterbildung (HR Sachbearbeitung oder HR Fachmann/frau) mit. Zudem können Sie bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen HR\-Funktion mit Fokus HR Administration und Operations aus grösseren Unternehmen, vorzugsweise mit internationalem Industrieumfeld, vorweisen. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und sehr gut in Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Im Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen sind Sie versiert und Sie verfügen über gute SAP (HCM) oder Success Factors Kenntnisse). Wenn Sie zudem eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sind, die auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen bewahrt, sollten Sie sich baldmöglichst bei uns bewerben.
