Ihre Verantwortung In dieser eigenständigen Funktion sind Sie direkt dem Geschäftsführer unterstellt. Sie betreuen unsere Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten und sind somit eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Vorgesetzte und Geschäftsführung. Sie führen die operativen HR\-Themen selbständig, sorgfältig und mit einem guten Gespür für Menschen, unsere Unternehmenskultur und die Anforderungen eines vielseitigen Produktionsbetriebs. Zu Ihren wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören: Ganzheitliche Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt Monatlicher Lohnlauf inkl. Abrechnungen mit Versicherungen und Sozialversicherungen im ERP Rekrutierung von neuen Mitarbeitenden sowie Mitgestaltung eines passenden Personalmarketings Verlässliche Ansprechperson für Vorgesetzte und Geschäftsführung in personalrelevanten Themen Kontakt zu Versicherungen, Ämtern und externen Stellen Bewirtschaftung des Zeiterfassungssystems Admia Erstellen von Statistiken, Auswertungen und HR\-Berichten Organisation von Mitarbeitendenanlässen und Mitwirken bei Themen rund um unsere Unternehmenskultur Ihr Profil Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossener HR\-spezifischer Weiterbildung, zum Beispiel HR\-Fachausweis, CAS oder vergleichbar Erfahrung als HR\-Generalist:in, idealerweise in einem KMU\- oder Produktionsumfeld; Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung ist zwingend Gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsrechts Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Ausbildung von Lernenden ist von Vorteil Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation Sicherer Umgang mit HR\-Software und Microsoft 365 (Copilot ist ein Plus) Ihre Persönlichkeit Sie bringen Erfahrung, Diskretion und Freude an einer vielseitigen HR\-Funktion mit.
