Dann erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges Wirkungsfeld in einem wertschätzenden Umfeld mit ausgeprägtem KMU\-Charakter. Die KNF Flodos AG ist Weltmarktführerin im Bereich Membranpumpen für Flüssigkeiten aller Art. Am Standort Sursee arbeiten 200 motivierte Mitarbeitende, auch die Entwicklung und die Produktion sind unter demselben Dach. Zur KNF\-Gruppe gehören weitere Kompetenzzenter, Produktionsstätten wie auch Vertriebsgesellschaften rund um den Globus. Alle operativen KNF\-Gesellschaften sind als Friendly Work Space zertifiziert. Damit wird systematisch in die Mitarbeitenden investiert: Die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben, eine gesundheitsorientierte Führungskultur und echte Mitgestaltung werden aktiv gefördert. Nun sind wir beauftragt, eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die vielfältige Funktion als HR\-Fachperson anzusprechen. Eingebunden in ein überschaubares und professionelles HR\-Team übernehmen Sie im Bereich Payroll mit SAP HCM den Lead. Die Personaladministration und die Bearbeitung von Statistiken gehören weiter zu Ihren Aufgaben. Sie beraten Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte kompetent in Fragen rund um Sozialversicherungen und wirken bei Rekrutierungen aktiv mit. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Ihre HR\-Expertise in Projekte ein, beispielsweise beim Wechsel auf SAP S/4HANA. Je nach Interesse übernehmen Sie zusätzlich einen Teil der Lehrlingsbetreuung. Damit erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Wirkungsfeld mit operativer Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum. Für diese vielseitige Position verfügen Sie über eine Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachfrau/\-fachmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Im Lohnwesen und bei Sozialversicherungen bringen Sie fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit. Sie sind digital affin und arbeiten sicher mit SAP und Excel. Projektarbeit bereitet Ihnen Freude und mit Ihrer intrinsischen Motivation sowie Ihrer Dienstleistungs\- und Lösungsorientierung leisten Sie einen wertvollen Beitrag zu einem professionellen HR.
