Was Dich erwartet:

  • Bearbeitung von Standardanfragen per Telefon und E\-Mail
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen HR\-Prozessen
  • Entlastung des HR Services Teams bei Routineaufgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Bearbeitung
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Personaladministration

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre EFZ
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR, idealerweise in der Personaladministration
  • Fundierte HR\-Kenntnisse und eine strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit – telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Hohe Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
