Projekt: Zur Unterstützung eines bestehenden HR Services Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für die operative Standort Zürich. Start für 3 Monate zu 100%. Gesucht wird eine Person, die aufgrund ihrer Erfahrung in der HR\-Administration schnell produktiv werden und das Team unmittelbar entlasten kann. Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Standardanfragen von Mitarbeitenden per Telefon und E\-Mail
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen HR\-Prozessen
  • Übernahme und selbstständige Bearbeitung von Routineaufgaben im HR\-Tagesgeschäft
  • Entlastung des HR Services Teams bei anfallenden administrativen Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten, sorgfältigen und termingerechten Bearbeitung
  • Verantwortungsbewusster und diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen PersonaldatenKann\-

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Personaladministration / HR Administration
  • Erfahrung im HR Services oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen HR\-Funktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit telefonischen und schriftlichen Mitarbeitendenanfragen
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Diskretion und professioneller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
