Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort in Rüti bei Büren einen HR\-Generalist 100% (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Aktive Rolle im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess; Unterstützung und Beratung der Linienvorgesetzten sowie die Teilnahme an Bewerbungsgesprächen im jeweiligen Zuständigkeitsbereich und an standortspezifischen Bereichen schweizweit Sie fungieren als Sparringpartner und stehen Mitarbeitenden wie auch Linienvorgesetzten in allen Kernprozessen zur Seite. Die kompetente, zielorientierte Beratung und Unterstützung der Linienvorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden zu operativen Geschäften und/oder Fragestellungen ist eine Kernaufgabe Umsetzung eines zeitgemässen Case Managements, mit den damit verbunden Beratungs\- und Koordinationsaufgaben bis hin zur Massnahmenumsetzung, unter Einbindung jeweiliger Partner sowie personalrechtlicher Aspekte Mitarbeit in der Bewirtschaftung und Weiterentwicklung laufender HR\-Prozesse, situative Mitarbeit in HR\-spezifischen Projekten sowie die Mitwirkung im Bereich des Lehrlingswesens Sie bringen mit: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachmann/\-Fachfrau Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, mit abgestützten Fachkenntnissen sowie Grundkenntnisse in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sind erwünscht Muttersprache ösisch oder Deutsch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der anderen Amtssprache sind erwünscht Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS Office\-Palette und eine Affinität zu «Social Medi\-Themen» sowie Abacus ist von Vorteil Proaktive und pragmatische Vorgehensweise mit dienstleistungsorientierter Grundhaltung. Zudem verfügen Sie über ein hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit, Engagement und Lösungsorientierung sowie eine hohen Beratungskompetenz Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ausgeprägt und Sie verfügen über gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
