Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleiten des On\- und Offboarding\-Prozesses von Mitarbeitenden
  • Unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung des Onboarding\-Prozesses
  • Mitwirken beim Durchführen von HR\-Schulungen für neue Mitarbeiter
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Arbeitsverträgen sowie weiteren personaladministrativen Dokumenten
  • Verfassen von Zwischen\- und Arbeitszeugnissen im Abacus\-System und Workday
  • Anpassen und Aktualisieren von Stellenbeschreibungen
  • Mitarbeiten in einem Payroll\-Projekt
  • Unterstützen im Bewerbungsmanagement inkl. Erstellen von Stelleninseraten und Bewerberkorrespondenz sowie Rekrutierung

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der HR\-Administration sowie Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben entlang des Employee Lifecycles
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Erfahrung mit Abacus und Workday von grossem Vorteil
  • Payrollkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden und internen Stellen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Dienstleistungsgedanken
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2\) / Englisch: gut bis sehr gut (B2\-C1\)
