HR Generalist (m/w/d) Kurze Beschreibung: Diese Position ist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der täglichen HR\-Abläufe, einschliesslich der Umsetzung von HR\-Richtlinien, der Koordination von Rekrutierungsaktivitäten, der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder und der Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten. Der Human Resources Generalist verwaltet die Mitarbeiter\-Benefits und unterstützt die Administration der Sozialleistungen, um eine korrekte Dokumentation und die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitenden sicherzustellen. Der HR Generalist trägt zudem zu HR\-Initiativen bei, die das Mitarbeiterengagement fördern und eine positive Arbeitsplatzkultur im Veranstaltungs\- und Unterhaltungsumfeld unterstützen. Hauptaufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten: • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei allen administrativen HR\-Angelegenheiten • Verantwortung für den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen und Arbeitszeugnissen • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalakten sowie HR\-Systemen • Steuerung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses inklusive Stellenausschreibung, Sourcing, Vorauswahl, Interviews und Angebotsmanagement • Organisation und Umsetzung von Onboarding\- und Offboarding\-Prozessen • Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten und Ferien • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Anforderungen und interner Richtlinien • Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften bei Themen wie Mitarbeiterbeziehungen, Leistungsfragen, Coaching von Führungskräften, Teameffektivität und organisatorischen Veränderungen • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung lokaler Prozesse, der Mitarbeitererfahrung und der HR\-Effizienz • Regelmässiger Austausch mit der HR\-Managerin / dem HR\-Manager der AKN Group in Lugano Zusätzliche Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten: • Verantwortung für das operative HR\-Management (Administration, Versicherungen, Lohnadministration mit externer Treuhandstelle) • Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Prozessverbesserungen und Optimierungsprojekten Anforderungen: • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich, z. B. HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis • 3–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR\-Bereich, vorzugsweise in einem KMU\-Umfeld • Strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur Mitgestaltung • Teamorientierte, kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten diplomatischen Fähigkeiten • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungsrecht • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Italienischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) von Vorteil • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit HR\-Systemen jpid42d794ajm jit0728jm jiy26jm
