Im Auftrag eines international führenden Unternehmens der Life-Sciences- und Gesundheitsbranche suche ich per sofort befristet für vier Monate eine:n engagierte:n HR-Generalist:in 70-90% zur Unterstützung des bestehenden HR-Teams. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützen Sie das HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und stellen mit Ihrer fundierten Erfahrung effiziente und reibungslose Personalprozesse sicher. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in unterschiedlichen HR-Themenbereichen und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer professionellen Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften. Eine mögliche Verlängerung oder Weiterbeschäftigung wird im Verlauf des Einsatzes geprüft. Es erwartet Sie ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Sie Ihre HR-Kompetenzen gezielt einbringen und weiterentwickeln können.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten den gesamten Employee Lifecycle selbstständig - vom Eintritt über personelle Veränderungen bis zum Austritt - und arbeiten dabei eng mit den HR Business Partner:innen zusammen
  • Als zuverlässige Anlaufstelle beraten Sie Mitarbeitende, Behörden sowie Versicherungen kompetent bei unterschiedlichen personalrelevanten Anliegen
  • Sie verfassen professionelle Arbeitszeugnisse, erstellen aussagekräftige Auswertungen und bringen eigene Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender Abläufe ein
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie aktiv bei HR-Projekten und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie HR-Systemen bei

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (z. B. HR-Assistent:in oder Sachbearbeiter:in Personalwesen)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Motivation, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten sowie Verantwortung zu übernehmen
