Im persönlichen exklusiven Auftrag suchen wir ab 15\. Oktober 2026 eine engagierte und teamorientierte HR Generalist:in 50\-70%.

HR Generalist:in 50\-70% ab sofort ==================================

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

  • Ganzheitliche Personaladministration von A bis Z (Verträge, Sozialversicherungen, On\-/Off\-Boarding, Reglemente, Bewilligungen, Entsendungen, Zeugnisse)
  • Organisation und Administration von Personalevents
  • Aufbereitung der Lohndaten und Unterstützung im monatlichen Lohnlauf
  • Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems inkl. Auswertungen und Begleitung von Updates
  • Aktive Unterstützung im Recruiting
  • Mitarbeit in HR Projekten sowie allgemeine administrative HR Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur/zum HR Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. FA
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Personaladministration sowie gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsrecht; Rekrutierungserfahrung erwünscht und von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit Zeiterfassungssystemen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch Muttersprache (stilsicher) und Freude an einer vielseitigen HR Tätigkeit in einem kleinen, gut eingespielten Team
