Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs HR und Mitarbeit in HR\-ProjektenVorantreiben der Prozess\-Standardisierung, – Optimierung und \-Automatisierung mit den relevanten Ansprechpersonen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Abschluss – effizient und reibungslos abläuft
  • Verantwortlich für das Case Management, mit den damit verbunden Beratungs\- und Koordinationsaufgaben bis hin zur Massnahmenumsetzung, unter Einbindung jeweiliger Partner sowie personalrechtlicher Aspekte
  • Übernahme der Funktion als Sicherheitsbeauftragte:r (SiBe) für Gesundheitsschutz und als Bereichssicherheitsbeauftragte:r (BeSiBe) Verwaltung im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Mitverantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Personaladministration – Abwicklung der Ein\- und Austrittsformalitäten; vom Eintritt der Mitarbeiter:innen über die administrative Betreuung während der Anstellung bis hin zum Austritt
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen in allen personalrelevanten Themen an den Standorten
  • Erarbeitung und Auswertung von Statistiken
  • Unterstützung der Leitung Personal

Erfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen), ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit sowie Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung
  • Ein hohes Mass an Dienstleistungsorientierung und Sozialkompetenz
  • IT\-Affinität
  • Lösungsorientierte und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist eine flexible und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit

* Sehr gute, mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
