HR Generalist:in im Management Services Team (90 % – 100 %) Seit 1977 beraten wir Kunden an der Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäfts\- und Informatikwelt. Unsere Beraterinnen und Berater engagieren sich für nachhaltige Lösungen in den Bereichen Organisation und Prozesse, Informationstechnologie, Strategie, Unternehmensführung und Projektmanagement. Als HR Generalist:in im Management Services Team stellst du gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Personal unsere operativen Personalprozesse sicher und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere rund 120 Mitarbeitenden. Deinen Arbeitsalltag organisierst du selbstständig und proaktiv: Du erkennst, was zu tun ist, setzt die richtigen Schritte in Gang und behältst auch bei vielen gleichzeitig laufenden Aufgaben den Überblick. Unterschiedlichen Menschen begegnest du mit Empathie und gehst dabei stets diskret und verantwortungsvoll mit Informationen um. Dabei entwickelst du ein gutes Gespür für unser Unternehmen, unsere Mitarbeitenden und die internen Abläufe. Als wichtiger Teil des Management Services Teams denkst du über dein Aufgabengebiet hinaus und übernimmst auch Aufgaben im Backoffice. Deine Aufgaben Sicherstellen der gesamten Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt Koordinieren sämtlicher Vorstellungsgespräche und Publizieren der Stelleninserate Aufbereiten der Lohnunterlagen sowie Abwickeln aller Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Sozialversicherungen Organisieren, Koordinieren sowie Teilnehmen an Messen und Events Organisieren von Mitarbeitendenanlässen (u. a. jährliches Firmenseminar, Sommerevent, Weihnachtsanlass) Planen und Organisieren von internen Kursen und Zertifizierungen Administratives Unterstützen der Beratenden, Bearbeiten von Kundenanliegen und Betreuen des Empfangs Das erwarten wir Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Kauffrau/ EFZ) sowie HR Sachbearbeiter:in oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal, idealerweise im KMU\-Umfeld Sicherer Umgang mit der deutschen Sprache Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise Organisationsgeschick und einen kühlen Kopf in hektischen Situationen Teamfähigkeit und Freude am gemeinsamen Erfolg Warum APP?
