Für unseren Kunden in der Region Zürich suchen wir einen/eine *HR Generalist mit Payroll-Verantwortung 100%

Ihre Aufgaben ###

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die professionelle Lohnverarbeitung sowie die gesamte Personaladministration und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen HR-Betrieb.

Payroll & Lohnadministration

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung für mehrere Gesellschaften
  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher lohnrelevanter Mutationen wie Eintritte, Austritte, Lohn- und Pensumsänderungen sowie Absenzen und Zulagen
  • Verantwortung für die Abwicklung von Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer
  • Erstellung der jährlichen Abschlussarbeiten inklusive Lohnausweisen und Abstimmungen
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Payroll-Abwicklung

HR Administration

  • Administrative Betreuung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie sämtlicher personalrelevanter Dokumente
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten sowie Personaldossiers
  • Verantwortung für das Zeitwirtschafts- und Absenzenmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei HR-Auswertungen, Reportings und Statistiken
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung des HR-Teams in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich (z. B. HR-Fachausweis) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Payroll-Umfeld und in der Personaladministration
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung für mehrere Gesellschaften von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnwesens
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige, diskrete und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsgedanken
