Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Gesamte Betreuung und Beratung des Bereich "Care" mit circa 150 Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-Themen
  • Verantwortung für die komplette Personaladministration und das Recruiting im zugeteilten Bereich
  • Durchführung des monatlichen Lohnlaufs inkl. aller Folgearbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Richtlinien und Prozessen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in HR-Prozessen
  • Mitwirkung im Employer Branding und in der HR-Digitalisierung
  • Übernahme von HR-Projekten zur Modernisierung der Abteilung
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei Organisation und Durchführung von HR-Anlässen

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur/zum HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR-GeneralistIn
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Personaladministration, Lohnverarbeitung und Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus oder einem vergleichbaren HR-/Payroll-System
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Projekt- und Digitalisierungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständig arbeitend, detailgenau, pflicht- und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Führerschein Kategorie B zwingend notwendig
