Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Personalarbeit liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, wobei Sie strategische Schwerpunkte definieren und deren Umsetzung eng mit den unternehmerischen Zielen verzahnen
  • Als zentrale Beratungsinstanz für Führungskräfte bringen Sie die HR-Perspektive in wichtige Entscheidungen ein und schaffen nachhaltige Strukturen für Führung, Entwicklung und personelle Zukunftsthemen
  • Über Länder- und Standortgrenzen hinweg koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der HR-Organisation und stellen gleichzeitig eine professionelle Begleitung des operativen Personalgeschäfts sicher
  • Sie erkennen Veränderungsbedarf frühzeitig, führen anspruchsvolle Entwicklungsinitiativen zum Erfolg und schaffen tragfähige Lösungen für komplexe organisatorische sowie personelle Fragestellungen
