Für ein etabliertes und international tätiges Industrieunternehmen in der Region Emmental suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine HR Leiterin / einen HR Leiter 100%. In dieser zentralen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für das Human Resources Management. Sie verbinden strategische HR-Arbeit mit operativer Nähe und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation, Unternehmenskultur und HR-Prozesse aktiv mit. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf modernen, effizienten und digital unterstützten HR-Strukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für das Human Resources Management, führen das HR-Team und entwickeln den Bereich strategisch, organisatorisch und operativ kontinuierlich weiter
  • Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung gestalten Sie die Unternehmensstrategie aktiv mit und beraten den CEO, Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende kompetent in sämtlichen HR- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sie optimieren und digitalisieren bestehende HR-Prozesse und Instrumente, initiieren HR- sowie Organisationsentwicklungsprojekte und begleiten Transformations- und Veränderungsprozesse
  • Die Verantwortung für die Berufsbildung sowie die Sicherstellung einer professionellen HR-Administration inklusive Sozialversicherungen und Mitarbeit in der Lohnverarbeitung ergänzen Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine höhere Ausbildung im HR-Bereich, beispielsweise als HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen HR-Funktion sowie ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung bringen Sie mit, idealerweise aus einem KMU oder industriellen Umfeld
  • Eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität wird vorausgesetzt: Sie begeistern sich für digitale Lösungen, erkennen Optimierungspotenzial und treiben die Digitalisierung sowie Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen selbstständig voran
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungswesen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse bringen Sie mit
  • Eine kommunikative, unternehmerisch denkende und pragmatische Persönlichkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
