HR Manager:in 50-60% (m/w/d)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte und betreust die wesentlichen HR-Themen innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit den Geschäftsleitungen sowie unserer Buchhaltung zusammen.

Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören: • Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften in sämtlichen HR-Fragen • Organisation und Koordination des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses • Durchführung und Begleitung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und des Onboardings • Begleitung von Probezeit-, Mitarbeiter-, Konflikt- und Austrittsgesprächen • Verantwortung für das betriebliche Absenz- und Case Management • Begleitung von Langzeitabsenzen und Wiedereingliederungen • Beratung und Unterstützung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen • Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen • Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklung, Weiterbildung und Nachfolgeplanung • Erstellung von HR-Kennzahlen, Statistiken und Auswertungen • Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und Employer-Branding-Massnahmen • Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse und Systeme • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung in den Bereichen Personaladministration, Payroll und Sozialversicherungen

Unsere Anforderungen: • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Weiterbildung als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer breit gefächerten HR-Funktion • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts • Erfahrung in der Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften • Erfahrung im Recruiting und in der Begleitung anspruchsvoller Personalsituationen • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Was wir Dir bieten: Bei uns erwartet Dich eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Schlüsselposition mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum.
