Für ein erfolgreiches internationales Unternehmen im Fashion-Bereich suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als HR Manager Schweiz. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für das HR-Management in der Schweiz und führen ein Team. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem lokalen Management und internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und HR-Initiativen aktiv mit.

Job Description ##

  • Ganzheitliche Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des HR-Teams
  • Sicherstellung effizienter HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Verantwortung für arbeitsrechtliche Themen sowie die Einhaltung des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts
  • Steuerung der Personaladministration, Payroll-Schnittstellen und HR-Systeme
  • Begleitung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses für Retail- und Headquarter-Funktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Compensation-, Benefits- und Performance-Prozessen
  • Analyse relevanter HR-Kennzahlen sowie Mitwirkung an HR- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen zur weiteren Professionalisierung der HR-Organisation

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Weiterbildung im Bereich HR (HR Fachausweis, CAS, MAS, Personalleiter) oder HR Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Manager, HR Business Partner oder HR Generalist
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Entwicklung von Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts
  • Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Retail-, Fashion- oder dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch ist ein Plus
  • Pragmatische, hands-on Mentalität und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Kommunikative, positive und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung
