Die Helvetic Partners Group vereint verschiedene Unternehmen und Betriebe aus den Bereichen Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Freizeit, Events und Immobilien\-/Standortentwicklung. Zu unserer Gruppe gehören unter anderem Der Meilenstein, BOXENSTOP und X1291 in Langenthal sowie das Pferdesportzentrum Roggwil und weitere Gesellschaften und Betriebe.

Unsere Gruppe wächst und mit ihr steigen auch die Anforderungen an eine professionelle, zentrale und verlässliche HR\-Organisation.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, welche das Personalwesen und insbesondere das Payroll Management der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe übernimmt und gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung weiterentwickelt.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Payroll \& Sozialversicherungen

Selbstständige Durchführung und Verantwortung für das gesamte PayrollSicherstellung, dass arbeits\- und steuerrechtliche Vorschriften eingehalten werdenEnge Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung und Geschäftsleitung

HR\-Administration \& Personalmanagement

Verantwortung für die gesamte Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum AustrittSicherstellung einer professionellen HR\-Dokumentation innerhalb der gesamten GruppeUnterstützung der Führungskräfte bei arbeitsrechtlichen und personalbezogenen FragestellungenAnsprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um Lohn, Versicherungen und Anstellungsverhältnisse

HR\-Strukturen \& Weiterentwicklung

Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil deiner Aufgabe besteht darin, unser HR nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern weiterzuentwickeln. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

Vereinheitlichung der HR\-ProzesseAufbau klarer und effizienter HR\-StandardsDigitalisierung und Optimierung administrativer ProzesseSicherstellung sauberer Verantwortlichkeiten zwischen HR, Führungskräften und GeschäftsleitungUnterstützung beim Aufbau eines aussagekräftigen HR\-ReportingsAufbereitung relevanter Personalkennzahlen für die GeschäftsleitungBegleitung des weiteren Wachstums und der Integration neuer Betriebe und Gesellschaften

Dein Profil

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Schweizer HR\- und Payroll\-Erfahrung. Du bringst idealerweise mit:

HR\-Fachfrau / HR\-Fachmann mit eidg. FachausweisMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im PersonalwesenErfahrung in Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Immobilien, Freizeit oder einer vergleichbar dynamischen Branche von VorteilSicherer Umgang mit HR\-, Payroll\- und Office\-SystemenStrukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige ArbeitsweiseHohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und absolute Diskretion
