Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 1928 entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt das Unternehmen hochmoderne \- und Wärmeenergiemesssysteme, die weltweit von Energie\- und Wasserversorgungsorganisationen verwendet werden. Durch intelligente Messgeräte (Smart Meters) und Nutzung von IoT\-Technologien entstehen allumfassende, nachhaltige und verlässliche Lösungen. Mit Niederlassungen in Vevey (Schweiz), in Deutschland (Bremen) und Singapur (Asien), sowie einer Vertretung in Österreich, ist die INTEGRA Metering international tätig. Für unseren Hauptsitz in Therwil, suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit als HR\-Sachbearbeiter/in (60%)

HR\-Sachbearbeiter/in 60% =========================

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Administrative Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten und der elektronischen Personaldossiers
  • Betreuung der Sozialversicherungen sowie Abwicklung von Krankheits\-, Unfall\-, EO\- und weiteren Versicherungsfällen
  • Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement. Von der Bearbeitung eingehender Bewerbungen bis zur Koordination und Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Vorgesetzten
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und weiteren HR\-Dokumenten
  • Erstellung von monatlichen HR\-Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren HR\-Themen im Tagesgeschäft und Mithilfe bei HR\-Projekten

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ)
  • Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich: HR\-Assistent/in oder HR\-Sachbearbeiter/in
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts sowie in den Sozialversicherungen
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR\-Software oder ERP\-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute französische Sprachkenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
