Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die operative HR-Administration entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles - vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt.
  • Sie rekrutieren selbständig Mitarbeitende für unsere verschiedenen Standorte und führen eigenständig Lohnverhandlungen.
  • Sie bereiten die monatliche Payroll für rund 100 Mitarbeitende selbständig vor, prüfen die relevanten Daten und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Treuhandunternehmen.
  • Sie betreuen sämtliche Themen rund um die Zeiterfassung und Personalstammdaten und stehen Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Verfügung.
  • Sie unterstützen bei verschiedenen HR-Projekten, der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben und Auswertungen.

Ihr Profil 

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der HR-Administration mit.
  • Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache. Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse und sind versiert im Umgang mit der MS-Office-Palette.
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behalten auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Themen den Überblick.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Zahlenaffinität und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie handeln lösungsorientiert, zeigen Eigeninitiative und arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern zusammen.
