  • Gemeinsam im Team verantworten Sie die zuverlässige Abwicklung der administrativen HR Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Sie führen die Personal und Lohnadministration und pflegen alle gehalts und sozialversicherungsrelevanten Daten sorgfältig in SAP
  • Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen Fragen rund um vielfältige HR Themen kompetent und serviceorientiert
  • Im Rahmen der Harmonisierung von HR Prozessen bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und in die Zusammenarbeit mit dem LUKS HR ein

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung, eine Weiterbildung als HR Assistentin / HR Assistent oder Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Personalwesen sowie Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen HR Funktion. Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und SAP setzen wir voraus, ein HR Fachausweis ist von Vorteil
  • Sie organisieren unterschiedliche Aufgaben, Termine und Anliegen strukturiert, setzen Prioritäten gezielt und arbeiten effizient sowie selbstständig
  • Auch bei kritischen Rückmeldungen oder unterschiedlichen Erwartungen bleiben Sie professionell, gehen wertschätzend auf Ihr Gegenüber ein und behalten Ihre ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung bei
  • Mit Ihrem Verständnis für Prozesse erkennen Sie Zusammenhänge, behalten das grosse Ganze im Blick und bringen sich konstruktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen ein
