Die Tasted Food AG ist ein Zürcher Hersteller von frischen ready-to-eat-Produkten für den Detail- und Fachhandel in der ganzen Schweiz. Zudem entwickeln wir im Auftrag von Geschäftskunden neue Food-Konzepte und betreiben aktuell zwei MARU Restaurants. Mit über 130 Mitarbeitenden sind wir einer der grössten Frisch-Convenience-Produzenten in der Schweiz.

Im April 2025 hat die Tasted Food AG erfolgreich die **FSSC 22000 - Zertifizierung**erlangt und erfüllt damit die höchsten internationalen Standards in den Bereichen Lebensmittelsicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement. Du behält auch bei vielen administrativen Aufgaben den Überblick und arbeitest gerne strukturiert? In dieser vielseitigen HR- Funktion übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Personaladministration und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräfte in sämtlichen administrativen HR- Themen.

**Deine Aufgaben** ------------------

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Personaladministration über den gesamten HR Lifecycle, exkl. Rekrutierung * Pflege und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im HR System * Das Absenzenmanagement inkl. Krankheit- und Unfallmeldungen liegt in deinen Händen * Verarbeitung von Anmeldungen bei der Ausgleichskasse (Familienzulagen, Mutter- und Vaterschaftsentschädigung) * Als kompetente Ansprechperson unterstützt du Mitarbeitende bei administrativen HR-Fragen * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR Prozessen

**Was du mitbringst** ---------------------

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung gepaart mit Erfahrung in der Gastronomie * Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung HR Assistent/in - HR- Fachmann/Fachfrau wären wünschenswert * Du bringst 1-3 jähre Berufserfahrung in dem oben beschriebenen Tätigkeitsfeld mit * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst idealerweise über gute Englischkenntnisse * Grundlegende Kenntnisse auf Anwender-Niveau im Umgang mit KI und Verständnis der Leistungsfähigkeit und Möglichkeiten von KI (Tools und Applikationen) werden vorausgesetzt
