 HR Service Specialist (f/h) 60-100% ###

Le cœur de ton rôle : #####

En tant que HR Service Specialist (f/h) - 60-100%, tu seras responsable de :

  • Assurer la gestion complète du cycle de vie des collaborateur·rice·s, de l-entrée à la sortie.
  • Gérer les salaires pour un portefeuille défini de collaborateur·rice·s, incluant le traitement des variables et la préparation des données pour le paiement.
  • Prendre en charge la gestion des absences ainsi que le suivi des assurances sociales (déclarations, suivi, coordination et monitoring des cas).
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données RH dans les systèmes internes.
  • Préparer des rapports et statistiques destinés au département Finance (Controlling RH).
  • Effectuer la réconciliation des comptes en collaboration avec le département Accounting.
  • Soutenir les managers dans la préparation et le suivi des entretiens RH et assurer le bon déroulement des onboardings et offboardings.
  • Participer activement aux projets RH, notamment dans l-amélioration des processus, des outils et des systèmes.

Ce qui fait battre ton cœur : #####

  • Formation commerciale, complétée par un certificat de Gestionnaire RH HRSE et/ou par un brevet fédéral en Ressources Humaines (option A).
  • Plus de 3 ans d-expérience dans l-administration RH et la gestion des salaires.
  • Orientation processus et sens du détail, solide expertise technique RH, excellente gestion des délais et des priorités.
  • Des compétences en digital ou en intelligence artificielle appliquées aux RH constituent un véritable atout.
  • Personne fiable, orientée solution, proactive et autonome avec un réel intérêt pour les tâches administratives et l-amélioration continue.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de MS Office, des logiciels RH (Abacus) ainsi que des outils de gestion du temps (OnTime).
  • Idéalement bilingue français-allemand, ou de langue maternelle dans l-une de ces deux langues avec un niveau minimum B2 dans l-autre est une compétence indispensable.
