  • Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte und sorgst mit Deiner serviceorientierten Art dafür, dass HR\-Anliegen kompetent gelöst werden
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt – und stellst gemeinsam mit Deinen HR\-KollegInnen eine professionelle und reibungslose Personaladministration sicher
  • Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Arbeitszeugnisse und weitere HR\-Dokumente und sorgst dafür, dass die Personaldaten aktuell und zuverlässig gepflegt sind
  • Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Sozialversicherungs\- und Payroll\-Themen und arbeitest dabei eng mit den entsprechenden internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der HR\-Prozesse ein und hast Freude daran, bestehende Abläufe zu hinterfragen und neue, pragmatische Lösungen mitzugestalten
  • Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen HR\-Team, denkst über den eigenen Aufgabenbereich hinaus und trägst mit Deinem Engagement zu einer modernen und zukunftsorientierten HR\-Organisation bei

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und hast Dich idealerweise im HR weitergebildet, beispielsweise als HR\-AssistentIn oder HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der HR\-Administration mit und bist mit den wichtigsten Prozessen rund um den Employee Lifecycle vertraut
  • Du bist digital affin, bewegst Dich sicher in MS Office und hast Freude daran, Dich in neue HR\-Systeme und digitale Prozesse einzuarbeiten. Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors oder Abacus mit
  • Parles\-tu français? Perfekt! Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Französischkenntnisse. Auch auf Englisch kannst Du Dich idealerweise problemlos verständigen
  • Du bist eine offene, hilfsbereite und dienstleistungsorientierte Person, die den direkten Austausch mit Menschen schätzt und mit ihrer positiven Art zu einer kollegialen Zusammenarbeit beiträgt
  • Du fühlst Dich in einem vielseitigen HR\-Umfeld wohl, packst gerne mit an und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit dem Team etwas zu bewegen
