In dieser Funktion erwartet Sie eine vielseitige, spannende und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe mit Gestaltungsspielraum in einem international tätigen, dynamischen Schweizer KMU. Wir arbeiten in einem multikulturellen Umfeld und bieten eine familiäre Atmosphäre, flexible Arbeitszeiten und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen.

Was Sie erwartet

  • Mitverantwortung für den gesamten HR\-Lifecycle von der Personalplanung über das Recruiting, Vertragswesen, Onboarding, Talentmanagement bis zur Nachfolgeplanung
  • Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Linienvorgesetzten am Hauptsitz in der Schweiz, in Europa, den USA, China und in Indien
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten vom Personaleintritt bis zum Austritt, Erstellen von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und Statistiken, Kontakte mit Versicherern und Behörden
  • Support im Rekrutierungsprozess und/oder selbständige Übernahme von Rekrutierungen im In\- und Ausland
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Weiterbildungsmassnahmen und Mitarbeiter\-Events
  • Unterstützung bei der Lohnverarbeitung in der Schweiz
  • Mitarbeit in HR\-Projekten wie z.B.: Digitalisierung, BGM, Employer Branding usw
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Personalleiterin

Was Sie mitbringen

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich, z. B. als HR\-Assistent/in oder HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann
  • einige Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Nationen und Funktionen sowie an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Tools und \-Systemen
  • stilsichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • flexible, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Einfühlungsvermögen und hohem Verantwortungs\- und Dienstleistungsbewusstseit
