Les divisions SPIE ICS (Information Communication Services), SPIE MTS (Multi\-Technical Services) et SPIE IFS (Integral Facility Services) proposent leurs services via 8 sites répartis dans toute la Suisse dans les secteurs Smart City, énergie, bâtiments efficients et industrie.

Ta mission

Tu souhaites mettre ton expertise Payroll au service d'une fonction RH opérationnelle et proche du business ? Rejoins SPIE MTS SA en Suisse romande et contribue activement au bon fonctionnement de nos activités People \& Culture.

  • Gestion complète des salaires : tu assures l'ensemble du processus Payroll pour environ 250 collaborateurs, avec différentes CCT, de la préparation au contrôle final, dans le respect des délais et des exigences légales
  • Assurances sociales et absences : tu gères le suivi des assurances sociales, des caisses et des absences, en collaboration avec les partenaires internes et externes
  • Collaboration transverse : Tu fais partie de l'équipe Payroll \& HR Operations suisse, avec une ligne de reporting fonctionnelle au Lead HR Systems \& Services, et collabores étroitement avec les autres entités de SPIE Suisse.
  • HR Operations et support au business partnering : tu prends en charge les tâches administratives liées au cycle de vie des collaborateurs et contribues à fournir un service RH de qualité. Tu soutiens la Head of People \& Culture dans les activités opérationnelles et le suivi des besoins des équipes.
  • Projets RH : selon les priorités, tu participes à des initiatives de digitalisation, de standardisation et d'amélioration continue des processus.

Ton profil

* Tu disposes d'une solide expérience en Payroll en Suisse et de très bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales

* Une expérience dans les secteurs de l'électrotechnique, du bâtiment et des conventions collectives constitue un atout important

* Tu es à l'aise avec SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel et les outils digitaux

* Tu travailles de manière autonome, structurée et fiable, avec un fort sens des responsabilités

* Tu apprécies le travail en équipe, communiques de manière ouverte et sais maintenir de bonnes relations avec les différents interlocuteurs

* Tu parles couramment le français et disposes de bonnes connaissances en allemand ou en anglais

* Le lieu de travail principal est Bussigny, avec des déplacements occasionnels à Berne et Genève
