Zur Verstärkung unseres HR\-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n HR SPECIALIST / PAYROLLING 100% (M/W/D) DEINE AUFGABEN Gemeinsam mit zwei weiteren Teammitgliedern stellst Du eine zuverlässige und professionelle Payroll sicher. Ihr teilt Euch die Aufgaben im Team und unterstützt Euch gegenseitig. Gleichzeitig bringst Du Dich aktiv in unsere HR\-Themen ein und übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen HR\-Tagesgeschäft. Selbständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung inkl. Vor\- und Nachbearbeitung Verantwortung für sämtliche Mutationen sowie Eintritte und Austritte Erstellung von Jahresendabrechnungen und Lohnausweisen Abwicklung und Kontrolle von Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuern, Familienzulagen sowie Krankheits\- und Unfallmeldungen Pflege und Kontrolle der Personal\- und Lohndaten in unseren HR\-Systemen Verwaltung der Zeiterfassung und Unterstützung bei arbeitszeitbezogenen Fragestellungen Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um Payroll, Sozialversicherungen und HR Mitarbeit in der Personaladministration sowie in HR\-Projekten und Prozessen DEIN PROFIL Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich HR, Payroll oder Sozialversicherungen Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung / Payroll Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Sozialversicherungs\- und Arbeitsrechts Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel Selbständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenflair Diskretion, Teamfähigkeit und eine pragmatische Hands\-on\-Mentalität Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift UNSER ANGEBOT 5 Wochen Ferien Zeitgemässe Entlöhnung Arbeitgeberin übernimmt zwei Drittel der Pensionskassenbeiträge Kollegiales, unkompliziertes und hilfsbereites Team Flache Hierarchien und kurze Entscheidungswege Gratis Parkplätze Einkaufsvergünstigungen / Kantinenverpflegung Bereit, mit uns die Zukunft zu gestalten?
