Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verantworten die gesamte monatliche Lohnverarbeitung für rund 250 Mitarbeitende und stellen eine termingerechte sowie sorgfältige Payroll-Abwicklung sicher
  • Die Personaladministration für den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich begleiten Sie von Ein- bis Austritt und sorgen dabei für zuverlässige, effiziente und nachvollziehbare HR-Prozesse
  • Sämtliche Fragestellungen rund um Sozialversicherungen bearbeiten Sie kompetent und koordinieren die erforderlichen Abläufe mit verschiedenen Kontaktstellen
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson unterstützen Sie interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen und behalten gleichzeitig Zeitkontrolle und relevante Personaldaten im Blick

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb von HR Administration und Payroll
  • Zusätzliche Weiterbildungen im Personalwesen, in der Lohnbuchhaltung oder im Bereich Sozialversicherungen ergänzen Ihr Profil und unterstützen Sie in dieser vielseitigen Aufgabe
  • Sie verfügen zwingend über praktische Erfahrung mit Abacus und bringen idealerweise zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse wie Italienisch für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld mit
  • Eine zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zeichnet Sie aus
