HR\-Spezialist\*in Payroll \& Administration 60\-80% oder 100% per Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung ======================================================================================================

Als HR\-Mitglied übernimmst du die Betreuung der zugeteilten Firmen und bist Ansprechperson für deren Mitarbeitende, den Vorgesetzten und für die Geschäftsleitung. Du arbeitest im 2er Team in unserem Büro in Reinach und gelegentlich beim Kunden vor Ort.

Aufgaben, die dir Spass machen…

  • Abwicklung sämtlicher HR\-Administrationsprozesse
  • Verantwortlich für den gesamten Payroll Prozess von der Eingabe der Lohnmutationen bis zur Lohnverbuchung
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Jahresabschlussarbeiten, Q\-Steuer Abrechnungen
  • Kontoabstimmungen von Vorteil aber kein Muss
  • Pflege des Zeit\- und Absenz Managements
  • Verwaltung und Eingabe von Daten in Zusammenhang mit Sozialversicherungen (Familienzulagen, Unfall, Krankheit, Quellensteuern, etc.)
  • Selbständige Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenportfolios im 2er Team (Stellvertretungslösung)

Kompetenzen, die du mitbringst….

Als umsetzungsstarke Fachperson überzeugst du mit deinem Engagement, einem positiven Menschenbild sowie der Freude an deiner Arbeit. Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Payroll und HR\-Administration und bewegst dich sicher im Schweizer Sozialversicherungs\- und Lohnumfeld. Dank deiner selbstständigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise betreust du Kunden eigenverantwortlich, behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick und du bringst zusätzlich versierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS\-Office mit.
