DEINE MISSION ###

  • Du betreust die Personaladministration unserer Mitarbeitenden vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und gewährleistest eine effiziente sowie qualitativ hochwertige Abwicklung aller administrativen Prozesse
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson beantwortest du Fragen von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu administrativen HR-Themen
  • Du pflegst die Personaldaten in unseren Systemen und stellst die Qualität sowie Aktualität der HR-Daten sicher
  • Du bereitest lohnrelevante Informationen auf und unterstützt die monatlichen Lohnprozesse
  • Gemeinsam mit den HR Business Partnern und weiteren HR-Fachbereichen stellst du eine professionelle Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden sicher
  • Du wirkst bei HR-Projekten mit und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Dienstleistungen bei

Deine Stärken ####

  • Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du verfügst über sehr gute Französischkenntnisse, die dir eine sichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
  • Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern und überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst eigene Ideen ein
  • Flexibilität, Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab

Deine  Ausbildung & Erfahrung ####

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ oder gleichwertig)
  • Idealerweise hast du eine Weiterbildung als HR-Assistent/in, Sachbearbeiter/in Personalwesen oder im Bereich Human Resources abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise in der Personaladministration, im Recruiting oder in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion
  • Du kennst die administrativen Abläufe des Personalwesens und fühlst dich in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld wohl
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Informationssystemen und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen runden dein Profil ab
