Unsere Personalabteilung am Flughafen Zürich ist Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Kontakte. Sie ist verantwortlich für die Betreuung der 350 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt. Des Weiteren unterstützt sie die Betriebsleitung in allen personalrelevanten Fragen.

Für unsere Standorte Zürich Flughafen sowie Hauptbahnhof Zürich suchen wir ab 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit als

Human Resources Supervisor 100%

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Vertretung des Human Resources Managers bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Selbständiges Rekrutieren von Fach\- und Führungskräften für alle unsere Units an den Standorten Zürich Flughafen und Zürich Hauptbahnhof
  • Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeiter sowie Führungskräften bei jeglichen personellen Anliegen
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und rechtskonformen HR\-Administration von A\-Z
  • Absenz Verwaltung, Abwicklung von Krankheits\- und Unfallmeldungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in Personal\- und Führungsaufgaben
  • Führen von Gesprächen gemäss Prozessvorgaben und der gelebten Praxis
  • Mitgestaltung der Personalentwicklung
  • Koordination sämtlicher personalrelevanter Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Koordination sowie Optimieren von HR\-Instrumenten und –Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Diverse administrative und koordinative Aufgaben im verantwortlichen Bereich

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion von Vorteil in der Gastronomie Branche
  • Fundierte HR\-Ausbildung
  • Hohes Mass an Selbstmanagement
  • Freude an vielfältigen Aufgaben
  • Flexibles Organisationstalent mit hoher Leistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen
  • Gewinnendes Auftreten, Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Muttersprache Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
