Als HR Technology Project Manager verantwortest du die End-to-end-Umsetzung von HR-Technology-Initiativen und grösseren Änderungen mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung von Workday. Du übersetzt die Digitalisierungsbedürfnisse der HR-Bereiche in umsetzbare Lösungen, Projekte oder Roadmaps und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit internen IT-Stellen sowie externen Anbietern. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Lösungen wirtschaftlich, sicher, qualitativ hochwertig und nachhaltig betreibbar sind. So trägst du zu einfachen, kundenorientierten und effizienten HR-Prozessen bei.

  • End-to-end-Verantwortung von Bedarf bis Einführung und Übergabe in den Betrieb
  • Verantwortung für mindestens ein Workday-Modul inklusive Analyse, Lösungsdesign, Konfiguration, Test und Optimierung
  • Technologien im Einsatz: Workday, Programmierschnittstellen (APIs), Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse, Workflow-Automation, robotergestützte Prozessautomatisierung, künstliche Intelligenz, Test-, Freigabe- und Einführungsprozesse, Sicherheits- und Governance-Vorgaben
  • Du koordinierst Integrationen zwischen Workday und angrenzenden Systemen mit IT, Architektur und Sicherheit sowie externen Umsetzungspartnern
  • Arbeitsort Zürich oder Bern, unbefristet, Vollzeit, Start ab 1. Dezember 2026 oder früher

Deine Skills

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Technology-Projektmanagement und in der End-to-end-Steuerung von Implementierungen, Freigaben und grösseren Änderungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner HR-Technologien, idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit Workday in einer unternehmensweiten HR-Systemlandschaft
  • Gutes Verständnis von Integrationen, Programmierschnittstellen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüssen sowie von Test-, Freigabe- und Einführungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im operativen Anbietermanagement und im Zusammenspiel mit internen IT-Funktionen und externen Umsetzungspartnern
  • Abschluss (ETH/Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Human Resources oder gleichwertige relevante Praxiserfahrung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude am Mitgestalten, du wirkst aktiv an Analyse, Lösungsdesign, Test und kontinuierlicher Optimierung mi
  • Starke Methodenkompetenz in klassischen, agilen und hybriden Projekten, du wählst das Vorgehen passend zu Kontext, Komplexität und Anspruchsgruppen
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz, du kommunizierst adressatengerecht mit Management, Fachbereichen und Schlüsselpersonen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
