HR\-Verantwortliche / HR\-Verantwortlicher, inkl. allgemeine Administration 40 \- 60% Ihre Hauptaufgaben Lohnbuchhaltung \& Zeiterfassung: Führen der gesamten Lohnbuchhaltung (mit Swiss Salary) sowie der Zeiterfassung streng nach den Vorgaben des Schreiner\-Gesamtarbeitsvertrags (GAV) und der Zentral Paritätischen Berufskommission (ZPK). Jahresabschluss: Hauptverantwortung für den Lohnabschluss am Jahresende via Einheitliches Lohnmeldeverfahren (ELM) sowie die lückenlose Abrechnung mit allen Sozialversicherungen. Personalverwaltung: Abwicklung aller Ein\- und Austritte, Meldungen an die Versicherungen (ALV, EO, KTG, UVG, PK, IV) sowie die fortlaufende Pflege der Personaldaten. Projektablage: (Arbeitsvorbereitung): Sorgfältiges Kontrollieren und Einsortieren von Lieferscheinen, Auftragsbestätigungen und weiteren technischen Unterlagen in die entsprechenden Projektdossiers sowie Archivieren der fertig erstellten Kundendossiers. Empfang \& Telefonzentrale: Herzliche Betreuung unserer Telefonzentrale und erster Kontakt für Kunden und Partner an unserem Empfang. Kundenanlässe: Aktive Mithilfe bei der Organisation und Durchführung von betrieblichen Veranstaltungen. Ihr Profil Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Grundbildung (Kauffrau/\-mann EFZ) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Personalwesen. Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Praxis in der Saläradministration (Swiss Salary) sowie zwingend fundiertes Wissen zu den Abläufen der Baubranche bezüglich GAV, ZPK und dem ELM\-Jahresabschluss. Computer\-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft\-Programmen (Word, Excel); Kenntnisse von Sage 50 und der Branchensoftware Swiss Soft sind ein grosser Vorteil. Sprache: Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
