Im Competence Center Compact Sweepers entwickeln und produzieren wir unsere Kompaktkehrfahrzeuge in enger Zusammenarbeit an den Standorten Schweiz, Deutschland und Lettland.

Für die Nachfolge unseres langjährigen Human Resources Directors suchen wir per anfangs 2027 eine unternehmerische und menschlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit.

Deine Mission

Du verantwortest die strategische und operative HR\-Führung für unser internationales Competence Center Compact Sweepers und bist Mitglied des Management Teams. Gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften stellst du sicher, dass die richtigen Menschen zur richtigen Zeit an den richtigen Orten wirken können.

Deine Aufgaben – strategisch, operativ und nah am Menschen

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der HR\-Strategie
  • Sparringpartner des Managing Directors und des Management Teams
  • Nachfolgeplanung, Talent Management und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Förderung unserer High Potentials
  • Leitung von Change\- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Fachliche Führung der HR Business Partner in Deutschland und Lettland
  • Betreuung des Schweizer Standorts als HR Business Partner
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in anspruchsvollen Personalfragen

Dein Profil – erfahren, reflektiert und nahbar

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Human Resources Management
  • Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke mit pragmatischem Hands\-on\-Ansatz (technologiekompetent und digital versiert)
  • Hohe Kommunikations\- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Freude an Menschen und an nachhaltiger Organisationsentwicklung
