Das kannst du bei uns bewirken:

Personaladministration \& Mitarbeitendenbetreuung Du begleitest gemeinsam mit dem Team den gesamten Mitarbeitenden\-Lifecycle unserer rund 750 Mitarbeitenden in der Produktion und erstellst die dazugehörigen HR\-Dokumente wie Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und Kündigungen.

Payroll \& Sozialversicherungen Du unterstützt bei der Lohnvorbereitung und bearbeitest Familienzulagen sowie weitere Sozialleistungen.

Absenzen \& HR\-Prozesse Du bearbeitest Abwesenheiten wie Krankheit, Unfall, Mutterschaft und Militär und stellst dabei die Einhaltung des GAV sowie unserer internen Richtlinien sicher.

Beratung \& Administration Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Einsatzleitenden und Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen HR\-Fragen und unterstützt das Team bei Empfang und Telefonzentrale.

Das bringst du mit:

Ausbildung \& HR\-Erfahrung Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ /\-frau) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Personalwesen sowie ein abgeschlossenes HR\-Zertifikat mit.

Arbeitsweise \& Persönlichkeit Du arbeitest selbständig, organisiert und verantwortungsbewusst, schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.

Kommunikation \& Zusammenarbeit Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden, überzeugst mit guten Umgangsformen und kannst dich bei Bedarf klar und angemessen durchsetzen.

IT\-Kenntnisse \& Flexibilität Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook und Teams), offen für Veränderungen und bringst die nötige Flexibilität mit. Bei den Arbeitstagen sind ganze Tage, Halbtage oder eine Mischform möglich. Rund um fixe Termine wie beispielsweise die Lohnverarbeitung kann punktuell eine Anpassung der Arbeitstage notwendig sein; diese wird frühzeitig kommuniziert.
