Sie sind eine erfahrene HR\-Fachperson mit ausgeprägten Administrationskenntnissen und haben Freude an einer vielseitigen HR\-Tätigkeit. Sie unterstützen unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden kompetent in sämtlichen administrativen und operativen HR\-Prozessen. Dank Ihrer selbständigen, strukturierten und dienstleistungsorientierten Arbeitsweise tragen Sie wesentlich zu einer professionellen HR\-Betreuung bei und fühlen sich in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld (Medtech) wohl.

Die Haupttätigkeiten beinhalten:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für betreuungsrelevante administrative Arbeiten und erstellen Verträge, Bestätigungen, Arbeitszeugnisse sowie weitere HR\-Dokumente in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sie betreuen und beraten Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte sowohl an unserem Produktionsstandort in Winterthur als auch an unserem Headquarter in Zug und stellen eine professionelle sowie serviceorientierte HR\-Unterstützung an beiden Standorten sicher
  • Dank Ihren guten Fach\- und Sprachkenntnissen erteilen Sie unseren internationalen Mitarbeitenden sowie externen Stellen routiniert Auskunft zu diversen Personalthemen und Prozessen
  • Sie pflegen die Personaldossiers und unser SAP HR Modul und stellen, in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem HR Shared Services Team, einen reibungslosen HR\-Lifecycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt sicher
  • Sie bearbeiten Mutationen, organisatorische Änderungen sowie weitere administrative Prozesse termingerecht und zuverlässig
  • Sie erstellen Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken und unterstützen bei HR\-Controlling\- und Audit\-Themen
  • Organisation der ca. 55 Lernenden (Produktion) sowie Betreuung eines KV\-Lernenden in HR
  • Als Organisationstalent wirken Sie eigenverantwortlich in diversen Projekten und Events tatkräftig mit

Ihre Qualifikation und Erfahrung:

  • Kaufmännische Lehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, sowie Weiterbildung zur/zum eidg. Personalfachfrau/\-mann von Vorteil
  • Mehrere Jahre HR\-Admin.\-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen, industriellen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Sozialversicherungen und Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Gute mündliche wie auch schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in MS\-Office (SAP HR (Success\-Factors) Modul von Vorteil)
  • Sehr guter Kommunikator mit ausgeprägten sozialen Kompetenzen
  • Teamplayer mit positiver und kundenorientierter Einstellung
  • Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität sind absolut zwingend
  • Erfahrung mit Audits und HR Controlling von Vorteil
