Technischer Support (2nd level) für den Fachhandel und die Enduser in Deutsch (ösisch von Vorteil) Berufsbildner für 1\-2 Lernende in der Ausbildung zum ICT\-Fachmann Betreuung Service Provider Portal, inklusive Koordination von Ersatzteilen Technische Unterstützung des Sales\-Teams sowie von Endkunden bei Pre\-Sales\-Aktivitäten Testen von Geräten und Softwarelösungen Kontakt und Austausch mit unserem Head Office in Manchester (England) und mit dem Mutterhaus in Nagoya (Japan) Ihr Profil: «At your side» steht auch für Sie im Zentrum. Diese Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zeichnen Sie aus: Abgeschlossene technische (ICT/IT) oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung Konversationssicher in D/E (F von Vorteil) und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Gute IT\-Kenntnisse (von Vorteil auch in macOS \& Linux) Interesse an kontinuierlicher technischer und fachlicher Wissensoptimierung «At your side» Wir bieten ein modernes Umfeld mit flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen.
