Arbeitsort: Basel Pensum: 40-100% Aufgaben: IT und Technik First-Level-IT-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden in der Redaktion, der Verwaltung und der TV-Produktion Mithilfe bei Wartung und Unterhalt von Windows-Workstations, Servern und Virtualisierungssystemen Kleinere Unterhaltsarbeiten an Netzwerk, Firewall und Telefonanlage Mithilfe beim technischen Unterhalt der Broadcast- und Studiosysteme Produktion Regelmässige Mitarbeit bei der Produktion unserer täglichen TV-Sendungen sowie im Bereich Playout (Ausbildung erfolgt «on the job») Gelegentliche Mitarbeit bei Aussenproduktionen Web & Digital Unterhalt unserer Web-Plattformen (verschiedene CMS im Einsatz) User-Support für unsere Web-Plattformen Mitarbeit in der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer digitaler Systeme Idealerweise kleinere Projektleitungsaufgaben in Web- und Softwareprojekten Profil: Eine Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT, Audio/Video, Mediamatik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich - und Neugier auf die jeweils anderen Themenfelder Kenntnisse in einigen der folgenden Bereichen sind von Vorteil: Microsoft 365 Administration, Veeam, VMware vCenter, Cisco Netzwerkkomponenten, Fortinet Firewall, Windows Server, Active Directory & Entra ID oder Adobe Creative Cloud Grundkenntnisse in Web- und/oder Softwareentwicklung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss Neben deinem fachlichen Know-how bringst du vor allem Freude an Technik, Eigeninitiative und eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit. Du interessierst dich für die TV-Produktion und hast Lust, auch im Studio und bei Aussenproduktionen mit anzupacken. Da Fernsehen nicht nur zu Bürozeiten stattfindet, bist du zudem offen für regelmässige Einsätze am Abend, an Wochenenden und Feiertagen sowie für regelmässigen, zusätzlich honorierten Pikettdienst.
