In unserem Fachbereich Application Services übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unsere gesamte HCM\-Systemlandschaft. Sie entwickeln sie eigenständig weiter, bringen HR und IT zusammen und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Systeme den Menschen dahinter wirklich dienen. ICT Application Engineer \- SAP SuccessFactors / HCM \| 80 \- 100% Ref\-Nr. 318 Arbeitsort: Burgdorf \| Hybrid Ihre Hauptaufgaben Betreuung und Customizing der SAP SuccessFactors\-Module: Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance \& Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning sowie EC Payroll Sicherstellung der korrekten Integration zwischen SuccessFactors und den Umsystemen: SAP FI/CO (ECP\-Buchungsschnittstelle), SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI\-iFlows), Swiss\+ ( Lohnverarbeitung) und Jaycloud Strukturierte Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus dem HR\-Fachbereich sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Kleinaufträgen Aktiver Austausch und Koordination mit internen Bedarfsträgern aus HR und den betreuten Ländergesellschaften zur Aufnahme, Klärung und Nachverfolgung von Anforderungen und Anliegen Koordination und Steuerung externer Lieferanten Planung und Koordination von Abnahmetests (UAT) gemeinsam mit Key\-Usern aus HR IT\-seitige Teilprojektleitung bei SuccessFactors\-Releases, Modul\-Erweiterungen und Migrationen Ihr Profil Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik (HF/FH), HR\-Fachrichtung mit IT\-Affinität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte, nachgewiesene Praxiserfahrung in Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise in mehreren Modulen (Employee Central, Payroll, Learning etc.) Erfahrung in Anforderungsanalyse und Zusammenarbeit mit HR\-Fachbereichen; Fähigkeit, zwischen HR\-Bedürfnissen und IT\-Umsetzbarkeit zu vermitteln Kenntnisse in SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) von Vorteil Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Partner und Implementierungsdienstleister Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld (Medtech, Pharma) oder GxP/CSV\-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
