Ein Job mit Aussichten: Im Spital Thun erwarten dich nebst der topmodernen Infrastruktur und einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit im familiären Umfeld auch die Möglichkeit zur flexiblen Freizeitgestaltung in der umliegenden Natur- und Seeregion. Du suchst sinnvoll, aber auch fair? Dann bist du hier richtig. Als Mitarbeiter/in unseres Applikationsmanagement-Teams bist du für den stabilen Betrieb von medizinischen und nicht-medizinischen Applikationen verantwortlich, welche in der Spital STS AG betrieben werden. Du berätst und unterstützt die Anwendenden in den Bereichen Applikations- und Prozesshandhabung. Durch die Aufnahme von Fachanforderungen koordinierst du Weiterentwicklungen von Applikationen und hilfst bei Projekten mit. Du arbeitest bei Spezifikation, Test und Rollout zum Implementieren von applikatorischen Releases mit. Applikatorische Störungen und Fehler, werden durch dich analysiert und bearbeitet. Bei komplexen Störungen koordinierst du zwischen Second- und Third Level Support (Lieferanten). Als Nebenaufgabe unterstützt du an einzelnen Tagen im Quartal den Service Desk und übernimmst Pikett-Dienste (ca. drei Wochen pro Jahr). Das Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Verwalten der notwendigen Dokumentationen gehört auch zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Eintritt nach Vereinbarung.

So wirst du Teil unseres Teams ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker (EFZ) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen als Applikationsmanager, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder Erfahrung als Medizininformatiker/in
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, flexibel und kommunikative/r Teamplayer
  • Gewandt in deutscher Sprache (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Hohe Servicebereitschaft sowie die Motivation, Kundinnen und Kunden mit Qualität und Engagement zu überzeugen.
